1. Check availability: online calendar (calendarwiz.com/slick). 2. Email the following to libraryperformer@gmail.com. Call 817-205-1819 if Slick doesn’t reply in 24 hours · Show date, time, theme, and street address · Number of performers (1 = David Slick, 2 = David Slick and Devin Slick) · Library contact person’s name and phone number · So there are NO unwanted surprises, you can email any questions or comments about set up, show content, props, etc. Mention anything you especially want or don’t want as late as when the performance starts. 3. David Slick will reply with an invoice for you to confirm. Small private events like birthday parties may be required to send a deposit. Payment is accepted in cash, checks made out to David Slick, or Paypal.com to slickjugglers@gmail.com. Please have payment ready at the performance. FEE |

2 Performers 2 Shows $350 Shows at these prices may be up to 1 hour in length.

TRAVELING FEE Input the address of your event as the destination from the location shown (3000 Mountain Creek Parkway in Dallas is the usual start). How many miles is it to your destination and back?
0-30 miles = No traveling fee! 31-250 miles = $.50 per mile

For your convenience . . . If you don’t want to calculate the fee just email the event details to libraryperformer@gmail.com and David Sick will do it for you. The calculated fee must be approved since circumstances may change it. A fee that has been mutually agreed upon will not be changed without mutual consent. |

BONUS! Your traveling fee or $20 (whichever is MORE) will be removed if you recommend the show to others in your area and a booking results on the same day as your event so that we save on traveling expenses.
Here are some example fees:
David and Devin Slick to perform 1 show at the Dallas Public Library is $195 + $0 traveling fee = $195.
David Slick to perform 2 shows at the Fort Worth Public Library is $200 +20 traveling fee = $220.
David Slick to perform 1 show at a birthday party in Sachse, TX is 120 + 40 traveling fee = $160, but since they recommended the show to another customer the traveling fee is removed (-$40) = $120 |
